Last week I was in LA and Palm Springs for my good friend Elizabeth's wedding! She is an amazing photographer ( shot my Pop Vicious lookbook ) and has an amazingly artistic hubby Judd. I am so ecstatic that I got to attend her beautiful day and spend the week with her and her AMAZING family. When I was passing through L.A I got a chance to stop at the Joyrich LA showroom. I was able to pick up some rad pieces that I will be showcasing on my blog soon ! xox

NYFW SS 2014 Day 3

The Saturday of NYFW had some major play. Shows like Lacoste, Jill Stuart, Mara Hoffman, Herve Leger and Charolotte Ronson among many others were showing. The highlight of my day was FOR SURE the Mara Hoffman show. She is such a talented human being and her prints are always next level. It was also fun seeing my friend Charlotte Carey modeling for Charlotte Ronson at her presentation! That show always has this girlish charm and an awesome way of mixing textures. Herve Leger was impressive as always with the ever so flawless structured body conscious pieces.

My outfit of the day ( hat and shirt) hail from the AWESOME and fun brand Joyrich . If you like fun, interesting pieces that are super comfortable and unique, this is the cult brand for you.. ! The best part is they go up to a size XXL !

NYFW SS14 Day 1

New York Fashion Week came and went and I finally have enough time to start putting my digital content up ! If you follow me on instagram @margieplus you saw first hand all the events I attended. the first day my highlight shows had to have been Nicholas K and BCBG Max Azria. I loved Nicolas K for their layering and tribal prints and BCBG for their oversized comfort driven silhouettes. I got to go backstage at BCBG with my fellow blogger friend Mauricio and ran into my girl Claire from Fashionbombdaily.com  I also had the honor to be on a short best and worst dressed segment for fashion police with Joan Rivers! She gave me a best dressed sticker, I obvi died for a moment.

After the tents I stopped by my friend David's event for Joyrich LA. There I got to see some fab clothes for sale at their pop up shop as well as see Mademoiselle Yulia spin! Next was off to the Phillip Lim for Target launch event in Tribecca. The event was a MAD HOUSE ! but had great people, great clothes, and good music. The first day I chose to wear bold vintage combo from my online vintage store store Pop Vicious  with a black mini and nude heels. xox
