Wearing: Christopher Lee Sauve and Vintage jacket
Recently I fell in love with the amazingly talented pop artist named Christopher Lee Sauve. He is best known for his witty and fun designs and creating the hugely popular collection called Madmaus. The first day of New York Fashion Week was a whirlwind as usual. Hustling from show to show around the city in the freezing cold is never very glamorous but oh so exciting. Shows like Jay Godfrey and Erin Fetherston were true to brand and super wearable. I also loved the prints coming down the Disegual runway! The best part of the day was getting to hang with my fellow blogger bestie Liz Black of P.S Its Fashion I mean just look at that red hair ! At the end of the day we hit up the Peter Pilotto for Target and Net a Porter event which was packed full of crazed fashionistas hoping to get there collection favorites before it hit stores.

Yosi Samra & Adeam NYFW
WEARING: JC Penney blouse, Dorothy Perkins skirt, Asos shoes
Back at NYFW I had an awesome day wearing my new staple leather pieces a Dorothy Perkins envelope skirt and ASOS strappy booties. Of the shows I attended that day I really really enjoyed the Adeam presentation that was held at the tents. The delicate materials crafted in such an interesting way was a breath of fresh air.
At the end of the day I stopped by one of my fav shoe designers Yosi Samra's HQ in Tribecca. Hanging with Yosi staffer Morgan I got to preview some of the upcoming shoe styles as well as revisit some of my favorite staples.

Patricia Field and NYFW

Day 5 of NYFW Hukkster was having an event outside the Lincoln center that I was able to catch running in and out of shows that featured Patricia field. Pat was styling each of the girls on location and I was pretty much freaking out as she has been one of the style icons for YEARS ! Later in the week I had the chance to actually speak with her at their in store NYFW event featuring awesome California brands and she is truly a phenomenal person!

NYFW SS 2014 Day 4
Wearing: Torrid top and shoes, Vintage vest and shorts
On sunday I attended the Lela Rose and Tracy Reese shows at the tents. Tracy's show was full of unexpected bold stripes and pops of fabulous orange. After the shows I attended the RewardStyle blogger event at the Empire Hotel in NYC and got to hang out with the lovely Kellie of And I Get Dressed as well as Gabi of Gabi Fresh pictured with me above.
Since I have been feeling a little glitz lately , shop my fav sequin and outfit looks ! ....
NYFW SS 2014 Day 3
The Saturday of NYFW had some major play. Shows like Lacoste, Jill Stuart, Mara Hoffman, Herve Leger and Charolotte Ronson among many others were showing. The highlight of my day was FOR SURE the Mara Hoffman show. She is such a talented human being and her prints are always next level. It was also fun seeing my friend Charlotte Carey modeling for Charlotte Ronson at her presentation! That show always has this girlish charm and an awesome way of mixing textures. Herve Leger was impressive as always with the ever so flawless structured body conscious pieces.

My outfit of the day ( hat and shirt) hail from the AWESOME and fun brand Joyrich . If you like fun, interesting pieces that are super comfortable and unique, this is the cult brand for you.. ! The best part is they go up to a size XXL !
