July Instagram Rundown

This has been quite a month so far and for those of you who don't follow me yet on instagram (@margieplus) here is a rundown of some of my fave #ootd and #selfie posts. From hanging out with the beautiful @claireculmers from @fashionbombdaily to Kat Graham @katgrahampics and the stunning Clementine @bounjourclem and my super talented boo @yusefhairnyc. Excitingly enough I have started a new project and have been recording music with @supervillainmusic ! ( more on that to come soon). With all that said I will definitely be posting a lot more outfit posts in the coming weeks I promise! 

Since summer is in full effect I have been on the lookout for the perfect bootie that has a low heel for adventures in the city and a cute open toe… Below is what I have found !

I am so blessed to have such talented friends. These two shots were taken by my good friend and photographer Elizabeth Raab (check out here website here) while doing some test shots for a shoot we worked on together. She sent me an email with both of these she found on her computer. Oh memories, makes me think back to how great of an experience was, and how I was 25 lbs less than I am now lol ! Elizabeth has such a beautiful ability to capture a moment in time from the plainest of canvases. In this I am wearing my " this is comfortable for a day of styling" clothes. I absolutely cant wait to work with my girlie again next month !

Kelly Osbourne Glamour Spread

I recently saw this Kelly Osbourne Glamour mag spread. I have kind of been obsessing over Kelly and her style lately. My hair has been slowly getting longer and that has allowed me to play with the style a little bit. I love the funkyness in the last photo of her bangs, I definitely think this has inspired me to get fun with color and expand my hair repertoire!

So just the other day I got my hair done by one of my BFF's Zoe and she owns this amazing salon called dept. z . I absolutly love my cut/color and while there I decided to get a lil crazy with the Kevin Murphy Color Bug  and add some pink to the platinum. Its temporary and fun while giving me the feel of pink hair without the commitment.
